Overview

Eliza Shepherd assists attorneys on all phases of litigation, providing consulting services from discovery to post-verdict phase of trial. She has been studying juror-decision making for over a decade. Ms. Shepherd specializes in focus groups, mock trials, jury selection, and case strategy. She has worked in venues nationwide and is based out of our Denver office.

Ms. Shepherd’s background in nonverbal communication and social psychology contributes to her expertise in advising clients on effective case strategy and communication techniques. Ms. Shepherd has extensive experience working on product liability, personal injury, premises liability,contract, intellectual property,employment, environmental, wrongful death, commercial and antitrust cases for a variety of industries including automotive, trucking, insurance, pharmaceutical, medical device, oil & gas and energy. Her expertise includes working on a number of serial, multi-district matters such as the Average Wholesale Price (AWP) litigation for Novartis and Sandoz and the Avandia litigation for GSK.Some of the recent clients whom she has assisted in getting notable verdicts include General Electric (GE) in an insurance matter in New Mexico, Stryker in a patent case in Michigan, and AIG on two product liability cases in Chicago.
